7. How to Disable Information Collection Modules

Information collection modules may be refused and disabled at any time by changing the settings on the device.

8. Outsourcing of Personal Information

The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of acquired personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, the Company will conclude the necessary agreements, including a basic outsourcing agreement concerning personal information, and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the contractor.

9. Disposal of Personal Information

After the purpose of acquiring and using personal information has been achieved, the Company will dispose of such information without delay.

Personal information whose retention period has expired will be discarded in a form that cannot be restored or reproduced.
Personal information stored in electronic file media will be deleted using technical methods that prevent the electronic files from being reproduced or restored.
Personal information contained in paper media will be destroyed using a shredder.

10. Security Management of Personal Information

The Company maintains customers' personal information in an accurate and up-to-date state and implements necessary measures such as maintaining security systems, establishing management structures, and thoroughly educating employees in order to prevent unauthorized access to, loss of, damage to, alteration of, or leakage of personal information. Areas where personal information is processed and stored are designated as security zones, and entry is controlled so that only persons with authority to process personal information may access them.

11. Rights of Users

If a customer requests disclosure of personal information from the Company, the customer may request such disclosure in accordance with procedures separately prescribed by the Company, except in the following cases:

When disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the customer or a third party
When disclosure may seriously interfere with the proper execution of the Company's business
When disclosure would violate laws or regulations
When it cannot be confirmed that the request for disclosure is made by the customer themself

If, as a result of disclosure, a customer determines that the content of the personal information held by the Company is not factual, the customer may request correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of the personal information in accordance with procedures separately prescribed by the Company.

In such case, the Company will conduct an investigation without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use and, based on the result, will correct, add, delete, or suspend the use of the relevant personal information.

12. Children's Personal Information

The Company does not collect personal information from children under 15 years of age without the consent of a parent or legal representative. If a customer under 15 years of age uses the service and enters personal information, the Company asks that this be done with the consent of a parent or guardian.

If the Company has collected personal information from a child under 18 years of age without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, the Company will take reasonable measures to safely and immediately delete such information if requested through the contact point specified below.

13. Disclaimer

The Company bears no responsibility in the following cases:

When the customer discloses personal information to a third party by using functions of the Company's service or by other means
When an individual becomes identifiable based on information or similar content disclosed by the customer on the Company's service
